The brand made significant strides in 1965 by launching India's first rubberised coir mattress. Over the years, KurlOn pioneered various innovations, including the quilted mattress concept in 1988, made possible through the in-house production of Polyurethane foam. By 2000, KurlOn became an ISO 9000-certified company, and in 2013, it expanded its manufacturing facilities across several Indian states. The brand continued to innovate with the introduction of Kurlopedic Technology in 2016 and the first concept mattresses called the Wedding Series in 2019, marking its evolution in the sleep industry.
