Nourish You was founded in 2016 by Abhay Rangan, a young vegan activist, and his mother Veena Rangan, after a conversation highlighted the high cost of vegan alternatives. Initially, Veena made peanut curd in their kitchen while Abhay managed deliveries across Bengaluru. After facing challenges in raising funds, they secured their first round of capital in 2018, which allowed them to engage with commercial manufacturing facilities. Radhika Datt joined as co-founder to solidify the company’s structure, and Abhay's delivery duties were taken over by Prashanth I and Lokesh B, who played key roles in growing the logistics function of the company.
