Sattvic Foods was established in June 2014 when founder Jeetu Melwani returned to Goa after extensive travels. Struggling to find the quality ingredients he had become accustomed to in various parts of the world, he began procuring these ingredients to fill a market gap. With the support of his mother Reshma and sister Lavina, the brand quickly gained recognition in the gluten-free community.
