  • Subscription Renewal

    Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the renewal date. One-time purchases do not auto-renew.
  • Trial Limitations

    Subscription plans may include trial periods with limited access (up to 100 brands during trial). Full access is granted upon subscription payment.
  • Price Changes

    We reserve the right to change our prices. If we change prices, we will provide notice of the change on our website or by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect.

10. Cancellation and Refunds

  • No Refund Policy

    All purchases are non-refundable, including both subscription plans and one-time database purchases. This policy exists because we provide complete transparency before purchase, including sample data, detailed field descriptions (covering all 21 data fields), and clear service specifications.
  • Subscription Cancellation

    You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account or contacting us using the contact information provided below. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term.
  • Database Purchases

    One-time database purchases provide immediate access to our curated list of 1300+ verified D2C brands in CSV format. Since this is a digital product delivered instantly upon payment, and all information about the dataset (including sample data and field specifications) is available before purchase, refunds are not provided.
